What is an Adult Day Center? It’s like a senior center providing social activities, music, entertainment and meals: only with the added benefit of skilled nurses monitoring participants and giving care throughout the day.

Who can attend? Any adult who needs safety monitoring and/or medical care during the weekdays can be a participant. See the Enrollment page for further details.

What is the facility like? It is a ground floor suite in a commercial building fitted with safety features like wheelchair ramps, safety rails and ADA compliant bathrooms. Several rooms separate quiet and boisterous activities from one another. There is a kitchen, conference room and a piano.

What services are provided? Health and safety monitoring, hot meals, healthy snacks, fun and stimulating activities, help with personal care and any medication and treatments prescribed by a provider (MD/OD/PA/NP).

How do nurses know what to do? Your personal physicians order medications and treatments in writing. Our skilled nurses follow orders and call the provider directly to clarify orders as needed for safety.

Who is providing the care? Our staff is comprised of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. All staff members are thoroughly vetted and CPR trained.

What will it cost? The basic level of care service is provided at the daily rate of $85. Medically complex participants who need skilled nursing interventions are provided enhanced level of care service at the daily rate of $108.  Monthly plans for pre-scheduled and pre-paid days receive 10% off.
